Methi paratha is a healthy and tasty breakfast for winters, because Methi is available in winters. This paratha is made with green Methi leaves, so good way to push some nutrition into kids. These paratha are soft, and not bitter at all.
 Ingredients :  
2 cup Wheat Flour 
1/1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves washed,chopped
2 tea spoon oil
salt to taste
1 tea spoon sesame seeds
Ghee for shallow fry
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder


Methi paratha


Recipe: Mix all the ingredients except ghee and knead a fine dough.
Make medium balls of the dough.
Roll them with a rolling pin.
Make paratha in round shape and fry them in ghee from both the sides in a frying pan. 
Serve hot with Gajar Matar ki sabji and chutney.
