Indian style pasta

Pasta cooked in Indian style with lots of vegetables to make it healthy and tasty by using Indian spices. 
Ingredients : 1/2 Capsicum sliced
                      2 cup Pasta twisted
                     1/2 cup carrot sliced
                     2 tbsp butter
                     1 cup onion sliced
                     2 tea spoon pasta Masala
                     1 tea spoon Maggie Masala
                     1 tea spoon mustard seeds
                     1 cup cabbage sliced
                     Pinch of Asafoetida 
                     Few drops of refined oil
                     Salt to taste

Indian style pasta
Recipe: Boil the pasta and peas for 5 minutes and cover a lid and keep for 5 minutes. 
Strain the water and keep aside. 
Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, when they crackle, add Asafoetida then onion sauté for 2 minutes. 
Add capsicum and cabbage, carrot and salt to taste sauté for 5 minutes, add the Masala, sauté, add boiled pasta, sauté for 5 minutes. 
Serve Hot. 
Note: Pasta Masala and Maggi Masala already contains salt, so use less salt.
