A simple snack recipe, made from potato, bread and vegetables.
Using air fryer will make it a healthy and tasty treat.

Ingredients :
2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1/2 cup carrot chopped
1/2 cup green peas
2 Bread slice 
1/4 tea spoon chat masala
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
coriander leaves chopped 2 tea spoon
1/2 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
Recipe : Dip the bread slice into water and squeeze the water immediately. 
Mix all the ingredients in a Bowl. Mash properly to make a fine mixture. 
Make small oval shape tikkis and fry them on both the sides on a non stick pan on low flame, till they become golden brown. Health conscious people can use air fryer to fry. 
Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
