This is my most popular innovative sweet recipe. It is appreciated by not only Indians, but also foreigners. This Rasmalai just melt in your mouth leaving a memorable taste. Require little patience, but must try once.
1 litre Milk gold ( with cream)
250 gm soft rasgulla medium size
2 cup thickly grated carrot
1/2 cup cardamom powder
1 tea spoon pistachio
Sugar as per requirement
Recipe : Boil the milk, add grated carrot and cardamom powder and boil on low flame stirring for about 20-25 minutes till the color of milk turns orange.
Separate the milk and carrot with help of rice strainer.
Boil the milk on low flame till it becomes thick, add sugar as per requirement and boil it for 7-8 minutes.
Cool it at room temperature.
Squeeze all the rasgulla to remove the sugar syrup from it and add them to this milk.
Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours, garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
