Aloo ke parathe

Aloo ke Paranthe is all time favorite breakfast of everybody. sharing Aloo paratha recipe in my style, easy and yummy.

Ingredients :

5 medium size boiled potatoes mashed
1 big onion chopped
green chili 1 chopped
green coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/4 tea spoon garam masala
1/4 dry mango powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder 
1 tea spoon aniseed
salt to taste
400 gm wheat flour
Ghee/refined oil as per requirement
1 tsp refined oil for the dough

Recipe :

Add 1 tsp refined oil in wheat flour, add salt to taste and make a fine dough with the help of water. 
Take all the ingredients and mix well.
Now take a small ball of dough and make roti with the help of rolling pin, apply ghee on it, place a small ball of potato mixture, cover it from all sides and roll again with light hands.
Fry it on a non stick pan with ghee/refined oil from both the sides till golden brown. 
 Yummy Aloo ke Paranthe are ready. Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
