Palak Paneer is very famous and healthy dish. I have also added Green Peas to it. Palak and peas are good source of vitamins, iron, good for skin, hair, bones, eye sight. Cottage cheese is also good source of Folate and Protein. Overall this vegetable is very good for health. Actually we should cook it without boiling, if we want to get maximum benefits out of it, but without boiling, it tastes little bitter, so everyone is not likely to eat, specially kids. If you want to go for healthy, you can make puree of Spinach without boiling also. I have tried to make it tasty by boiling so everyone can enjoy it.
