Potato 2 medium size cut into pieces
1/2 cup green peas
3 cup fenugreek leaves cleaned , washed and chopped
1 big tomato
2 tsp refined oil
1/2 spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
salt to taste
Recipe : Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add potatoes and cook for 2- minutes.
Add fenugreek leaves and green peas, mix well.
Add all the spices, mix well, cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.
Serve hot with chapati or paranthas.
