This is an innovative recipe of cheela. I have added spinach puree to make it healthy, which gives it a beautiful color also.
2cup Rava (semolina)
1/2 cup curd
1 1/2 cup palak (spinach) puree
1 cup spring onions chopped
2 green chili chopped
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
Refined oil for frying
Recipe : Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 1/2 hour. Add little water for the required consistency in the batter.
Heat non stick frying pan. pour some oil on it, and make round cheela with the help of ladle.
Sprinkle some oil over it and around it.
Turn and fry from the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Healthy spinach rava cheela is ready.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
