   Chocolate Phirni ( Creamy rice pudding )

Ingredients :
500 ml gold milk ( with cream)
2 tsp rice soaked in water for 1/2 hour
sugar 50 gm ( according to taste )
cashew nuts 10-15
Raisins 10-15
1 small dairy milk chocolate
15 gm Hershey’s chocolate syrup

Recipe : Boil the milk for 10 minutes continuously stirring. 
Add soaked rice after draining the water and cook till the rice is cooked. 
Add sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes. 
Add Hershey’s chocolate syrup and mix well. 
Blend it well with the help of blender. 
Cool the mixture to normal temperature and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. 
Garnish with grated chocolate, cashew nuts and Raisins and serve chilled.
