Chevda is made in 2 ways, deep fried and roasted. Today, I am sharing the roasted chevda recipe, which is healthy and tasty.

Ingredients :
500 gm poha (beaten paddy) cleaned
50 gm peanuts
10-15 cashew nuts
10-15 Raisins
50 gm roasted split chickpea
2 green chili cut into small pieces
6-7 curry leaves
1 tea spoon  turmeric powder
salt to taste
3 tsp (table spoon) refined oil
Recipe : Roast the poha in a non stick without oil for about 12-15 minutes till it becomes crispy. 
Keep it aside. 
Heat oil in a pan. 
Add curry leaves and green chili, saute, add peanuts, split chick pea and saute till they become golden in color, add cashew nuts, saute for 2 minutes, add turmeric powder and switch off the gas. 
Add the roasted poha , salt and mix well. 
Turn on the gas and roast for 5 minutes and turn off the gas. Add raisins.
Let it cool down. 
You can also add powdered sugar to taste if you like. 
Fill in an air tight container. 
Serve with tea.
