     Kamrakh (sweet carambola) ki lonji

kamrakh ki lonji
Ingredients :
250 gm kamrakh (Carambola)
1 tbsp refined oil
1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/4 tea spoon fennel seeds
1/4 tea spoon red chili powder
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon garam masala
salt to taste
3/4 tbsp sugar (according to taste)
Recipe : Remove all the edges of carambola and cut it into pieces. 
It will look like star shape. Boil it for 4-5 minutes and strain it. Heat oil in a pan. 
Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds, when the crackle, add carambola and stir, add spices along with salt and mix well. Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes till the sugar gets properly dissolved. 
Turn off the gas. 
It is very delicious and low calorie food.
