1 cup wheat flour
1 cup cow ghee
3/4 cup jaggery grated
4-5 almonds grated
3-4 walnuts grated
cardamom powder 1/4 tea spoon
Recipe : Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add wheat flour and roast it for 18-20 minutes on a low flame till it becomes golden brown in color.
Add cardamom powder, mix and turn off the gas.
Add grated jaggery and mix well.
Pour the mixture in a greased thali and garnish with grated almonds and walnut.
Cut the pieces with knife till it is hot. let it cool.
Remove the pieces carefully and put them in an air tight container.
Home made healthy sweet for winters.
