 Bhindi ki sabzi
Ingredients :
250 gms bhindi ( cut first horizontally then vertically)
1 onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon maggi masala
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
2 tbsp refine oil
Recipe : Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add onions and green chili and cook till onions become pink in color. 
Add bhindi, turmeric powder and salt to taste and cook without covering and stirring for about 10 minutes. 
Add coriander powder and red chili powder, saute, add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are cooked well. 
Turn off the gas, sprinkle maggi masala and mix well. 
Serve with roti or paranthas.
