Sprout cheela is a healthy innovative breakfast recipe. It is made with mung sprouts stuffing filled in wheat flour and then shallow fried.

Ingredients :
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup mung sprouts
1 small onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup curd
1 tea spoon milk
salt to taste
refined oil for frying

Recipe : Boil the sprouts for 5-6 minutes and keep aside. 
Add curd and salt to semolina and make a fine batter using some water and keep it aside for 30 minutes. 
After 30 minutes add sprouts, onions, green chili, turmeric powder, milk and little water and mix well. 
Heat a non stick pan, pour the batter on it and make round cheela, pour little oil on the sides and turn and fry it on both the sides. 
Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Coconut chutney :
Ingredients :
1 tbsp roasted chickpea
1/2 tbsp coconut grated
1 green chili
1 tea spoon curd
1/2 inch ginger
salt to taste
Recipe : Mix all the ingredients in a blender to a fine paste, add water according to requirement, mix well and serve it with cheela.
