Sharing today, simple,very easy, Protein, vitamins and mineral rich sprout salad. Sprouts can be made easily, during summers, in winters you need to soak them in water for more time.

 Ingredients :
1 cup chickpea sprouts
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
1/2 kheera (cucumber ) chopped
1/2 green chili chopped (optional)
green coriander leaves chopped (optional)
1/2 tea spoon roasted cumin seeds powder
rock salt to taste
black pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon
Recipe : Soak black chickpea overnight. 
In the morning, change the water and soak again. 
At night strain the water and tie the chickpea in a muslin cloth and keep them in a casserole and cover the lid. 
Next morning, you will get chickpea sprouts. 
Boil them for 5 minutes, strain the water and let them cool.  Mix all the ingredients and have a healthy nutritious salad everyday.
Even children who don t eat well, will like it.
