    Tasty Spinach Crisps – a healthy snack

Tasty spinach pakora, crispy in taste because single leaf of spinach covered with chickpea flour batter is deep fried. Delicious tea-time snack.
Ingredients :
15-20 spinach leaves cleaned
2 tea spoon maida
4 tea spoon chickpea flour
salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
refined oil for deep fry
Recipe : Mix maida and chickpea flour and make a semi-liquid paste ( thin than pakora batter). 
Add all the spices and salt and mix well. keep it for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. 
Take a spinach leaf, dip in the batter and deep fry it on low flame, till golden brown on both the sides.
Crispy and tasty spinach crisps are ready.
Serve immediately with tomato ketchup. 
A very tasty tea time snack.
