A healthy and tasty breakfast.
Ingredients :
Poha (beaten paddy) 3 cups
moong sprouts 1 cup
2 medium onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 tomato chopped
green coriander leaves chopped
refined oil 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
curry leaves 4-5
rock salt to taste
 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
half lemon juice
powdered sugar 1 tea spoon
bhel puri sev 1 tbsp

Recipe : Wash the poha in rice strainer and keep aside. 
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 
Add mustard seeds, when they crackle add curry leaves, half onions and green chili. 
Cook till the onions become pink. 
Add poha, salt, turmeric powder and powdered sugar and mix well , add lemon juice cook for 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas. Now take poha in a plate, add sprouts, chopped onions, tomatoes, rock salt, bhelpuri sev and serve immediately. 
Tasty and healthy breakfast for everyone.
