My innovative recipe of karela to make it tasty.

Ingredients :
250 gms bitter gourd
20-25 peanuts (soaked in water for 2 hours)
3 medium onions
5-6 garlic cloves
1 green chili
coriander leaves chopped
refined oil 3 tbsp
aniseed 1/2 tea spoon
sesame seeds 1/2 tea spoon
garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
red chili powder 1/2 tea spoon
turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder 1 tea spoon
maggi masala 1 /2 tea spoon
salt to taste
1 tea spoon sugar

Recipe : Peel the bitter gourd, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Keep the peeled skin also. 
Add salt to peeled skin and bitter gourd and keep it for 1 hour. After 1 hour, wash the bitter gourd and peeled skin 2-3 times in water, squeeze the water and keep aside.
Now take onions,garlic and green chili and grind them to a coarse paste. 
Grind the peanuts to a smooth paste with 1/2 cup water. 
Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, fry the bitter gourd in it till golden in color. 
Keep them aside. 
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan and add aniseed and sesame seeds, when they crackle add the onion garlic paste, sugar, saute till the oil gets separated from the mixture. 
Add all the spices and salt, saute, add peeled skin and cook for 5 minutes. 
Add peanut paste and saute for 2 minutes. 
Add fried bitter gourd and cook for 5 minutes. 
Garnish with coriander leaves. 
I am sure non -bitter gourd eaters will also like it a lot.
