Mini idly burger is an innovative recipe, prepared with leftover idly, red chutney, green chutney, onion,tomato, cucumber and tomato ketchup. Very tasty, easy and healthy recipe.
5 semolina idly (see my previous recipe for idly)
green chutney 2tsp
red chutney 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup as per required
1 tomato sliced
1 kheera (cucumber sliced)
1 onion sliced
1 potato sliced, dipped in maida, besan thin batter and deep fried
Red chutney :8-10 red dry chilies soaked in warm water for 1/2 hour
6-7 peanuts soaked in warm water for 1/2 hour
6-7 garlic cloves
1/4 red chili powder
salt to taste
Recipe : Grind all the ingredients to smooth paste.

Recipe for mini burger : Cut the idly from center in two equal parts.
Apply green chutney on one slice and red chutney on the other slice.
Now place potato slice, cucumber slice, tomato slice and onion slice, add little tomato ketchup and cover it with other slice. Garnish with some tomato ketchup.
Your tasty, healthy mini idly burgers are ready.
