Healthy, quick and yummy breakfast. Very simple recipe. Specially for non-pumkin eaters.
1,1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup pumpkin grated
1/2 cup curd
1 tea spoon ginger green chilli paste
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
refined oil for frying
Recipe : Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 1/2 hour. Heat a non-stick pan.
Take the batter and spread in round shape, fry on both the sides using very little oil till golden crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
