Added grated ghiya and garlic ginger paste to normal cheela batter and made it healthy and yummy breakfast.
2 cup chickpea flour (besan)
1 cup gourd (ghiya) thinly grated
1 tea spoon garlic, ginger and green chili paste
salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
refined oil for frying ( as per requirement)
Recipe : Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a fine batter without any lumps in it with the help of water.
It should be thin than pakora batter.
Keep it for half an hour.
Heat a non stick pan, pour the batter equally in round shape. Add little oil and fry on both the sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutni.
Healthy yummy and quick breakfast is ready.
