We all love dal ki pakori, so I tried this multigrain Pakori made from various grains, tastes so good. Do try it.
1/2 cup split chickpea
1/2 cup split yellow gram
1 cup dent corn grated
1 green chili chopped
coriander leaves chopped (optional)
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds
salt to taste
refined oil for deep frying
Recipe : Soak both the lentils for about 5 hours and then make a coarse paste in grinder separately and then mix them.
Add grated dent corn, green chili, coriander leaves, all the spices, salt and fennel seeds and mix well.
Keep it for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the pakoris on medium flame and keep them on tissue paper so extra oil is absorbed.
Serve hot with sauce.
