Fried Maggi recipe
Fried Maggi is a simple and quick recipe. Just fried it with onions and green chili and garlic and got awesome taste. We Indians can t do without our tadka taste. Earlier, I was not a Maggi fan, but after giving it twist with Indian tadka, I like it. See more Maggi innovative recipes on my blog.
1 small packet wheat Maggi
1 medium onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp refined oil
Recipe : Cook Maggi as per instructions on the pack.
Keep it aside and let it evaporate.
Now heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add onions, saute for 2-3 minutes, add green chili and garlic, saute for 2-3 minutes, add the cooked Maggi and saute for 2 minutes.
