Sprouts cutlets is a healthy snack, made from sprouts and potatoes. Favorite of all age groups.
1 cup moth sprout ( boiled for 5 minutes)
3 big potatoes boiled and mashed
1 small green chili chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 tea spoon red chili powder
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon garam masala
pinch of dry mango powder
salt to taste
2 tea spoon maida
1 tbsp semolina or bread crumb powder
refined oil for shallow fry
Recipe : Mix sprouts, mashed potatoes, green chili, onion, salt and all the spices well.
Make small cutlets in heart or oval shape.
Mix maida in 1/2 cup water and make a paste.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Now dip the cutlet in the maida paste carefully, roll it in semolina or bread crumb powder.
Shallow fry till golden brown on both the sides.
Tasty and healthy sprouts cutlets are ready.
Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
