This is my innovative breakfast recipe. I have used multi grains in the batter and loaded it with veggies. Totally healthy treat full of protein, vitamins, carbohydrates and fiber.

Ingredients :
1 cup rice
1 cup mix lentils (chana, moong, arhar, udad)
1/2 cup bottle gourd grated
1 tea spoon curd
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
coriander leaves chopped (optional)
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon green chili paste
salt to taste
refined oil for shallow fry

Recipe : Soak rice and dal in different bowls in warm water for 2-3 hours. 
Now make a coarse paste of dal and rice separately.
Mix them, add curd salt, spices, green chili, bottle gourd and keep it for 1/2 an hour. 
Now pour the batter on a per-heated non-stick pan, spread onion, tomato, capsicum and green coriander evenly.
Shallow fry till golden brown on both the sides. 
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney. 
A very tasty and healthy breakfast is ready.
