 Aloo ka halwa
This halwa can be consumed during fast also. It is made from potatoes, ghee, milk and dry fruits. Does not take much time to cook.
Ingredients :
5-6 potatoes boiled peeled and grated
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup dry fruits chopped
1/4 cup milk
powder sugar to taste

Recipe : Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 
Add potatoes and stir fry for 8-10 minutes, add cardamom powder, sugar, dry fruits and milk and cook continuously stirring till the halwa leaves ghee. 
Serve hot. 
This can be used as falahar also.
