Recipe : Grind all the dry spices to a fine powder.
Boil onions, green chili, ginger and garlic for 5 minutes , let it cool and blend it to a smooth paste along with soaked cashew nuts.
Add little salt to fenugreek leaves and leave it for 10 minutes After10 minutes, squeeze the water of fenugreek leaves.
Now add oil to a non-stick pan, heat it, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add the paste, sugar and cook stirring till the mixture leaves oil.
Add the dry spices and sauté, add cream and sauté.
Then add fenugreek leaves, corn , salt to taste and cook stirring
for 4-5 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp water and cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
