Simple and delicious Sandwich made form vegetables and cheese. Quick and Yummy Breakfast with nutrition.

Ingredients :
Sandwich Bread 8 slice
Butter as per requirement
Mozzarella cheese grated  2 cup
Cabbage grated 2 cup
Carrot grated 1 cup
Capsicum grated 1 cup
1 cup French beans chopped
½ tea spoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp refined oil

Recipe :Heat oil in a non stick pan, add all the grated vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt to taste and black pepper powder and mix well and let it cool. 
Apply butter on one side of all the slices . 
Now take one slice, keep the butter side outer side and spread the filling on it, sprinkle grated mozeralla cheese over it cover it with other bread slice, keeping the butter side on the outer side. Now fry all the sandwiches in a sandwich toaster and serve hot.
