       Besan ( chickpea flour) ki Burfi

Besan ki burfi

 Quick, tasty and easy recipe of chickpea flour Burfi. Can be prepared in short span of time and can be store for 8-10 days.

Ingredients :
1 cup besan
½ cup ghee
2 tbsp fresh cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ tea spoon cardamom powder
5 almonds chopped
7-8 pistachio chopped
Recipe : Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add besan and roast on low flame till it turns light brown and gives a nice aroma. 
Add cream and cardamom powder, mix well, add sugar and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. 
Pour the mixture in a pr-greased plate, sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachio. 
Let it cool. 
Cut into square pieces and serve.
