 Veg. Momos recipe is a very tasty and healthy Chinese recipe prepared by filling vegetables stuffing in all purpose flour, and steaming it. Tastes amazing with white and red momos chutney.
Ingredients :
Cabbage grated 2 cup
Carrot grated 1 cup
Capsicum grated 1 cup
Green chili chopped 2
Garlic clove 2 grated
Ginger ½ inch grated
Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
1 tbsp refined oil
Salt to taste
1 cup all purpose flour ( maida)
1 tea spoon oil
Recipe : Add salt to taste and 1 tea spoon oil in flour and knead a soft dough. 
Keep it aside. 
Now heat 2tbsp oil in a non stick pan. 
Add garlic, ginger and green chili and sauté for 2 minutes, add chopped spring onions and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add all the vegetables and sauté, add salt to taste and cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas. 
Let it cool. 
Now make small balls of the dough and roll them in small puri, fill the mixture and cover it in the shape of a modak. 
Prepare all the momos in the same way. 
Now steam them in a steamer for 10 minutes. 
Tasty momos are ready. 
Serve them with red and white chutney.
