2 cup fresh curd
1/4 cup onions finely chopped
1/4 cup cucumber chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes ( pulp removed and chopped )
1 green chilly chopped (optional)
1/4 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 tea spoon dry mint powder
pinch of black rock salt
Recipe : Whip the curd adding 1/4 cup water to it.
Add all the chopped vegetables to it and mix well.
Keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, dry mint powder, black rock salt and serve chilled with pulao, roti or paratha.
