I have given Indian flavor to this macaroni, using, green peas, carrot and capsicum to make it healthy and also gave it a creamy texture of cheese, potato and cream.

Ingredients :
1 cup macaroni
½ cup carrot chopped
½ cup green peas
½ cup capsicum chopped
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 cup milk
1 potato
½ tea spoon black pepper coarse
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
2 cube Amul cheese

Recipe : Boil macaroni for 7-8 minutes and keep aside. 
Grate the potato and add ¾ cup water to it and boil for 3-4 minutes, cover a lid and keep aside to cool. 
Now strain water of boiled potato, add cream and milk and blend it to a smooth paste and keep aside. 
Heat butter in a non- stick pan, add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, add black pepper, salt to taste, potato mixture and cook for 2 minutes. 
Add 2 cubes grated cheese and cook for 2 minutes. 
Yummy vegetable macaroni is ready. Serve Hot.
