Chop spring onion and green chilly in a chopper and keep aside.
Heat oil in a non -stick pan, add spring onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, add chopped peas , salt to taste and sauté for 2-3 minutes and turn of the gas.
Let it cool.
Cut the edges of bread and apply butter on one side of each slice.
Now keep the butter side on outer side, place cheese slice on the inner side, spread the peas mixture, cover with other bread keeping the butter side on the outer.
Heat the toaster and roast the sandwich. Healthy and yummy sandwich is ready.
