Fried rice with garlic and onion

This is my favorite rice recipe, loaded with garlic, onions and green chili.Garlic and curry leaves gives this dish a very nice aroma and taste. Can be prepared with leftover rice also.
Ingredients :
2 cup boiled rice
1 green chilly chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 garlic cloves chopped
green coriander chopped
1/2 tea spoon red chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
1 tbsp refined oil

Fried Rice with garlic and onion

Recipe : Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 
Add mustard seeds, when they crackle add Asafoetida and curry leaves, then garlic, saute, add green chilly and onion saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add all the spices and rice, mix well. 
Add salt to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring. 
Turn off the gas. 
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
