Fruit raita is a delicious dip, made with fresh curd and lots of fruits. Full of calcium in curd and vitamins and antioxidants in fruits. Totally a healthy and yummy treat. Can consumed during fast also.
2 cup curd whipped
1 and 1/2 cup fruits of your choice ( grapes, guava, banana, apple, chiku, pomegranate etc.)
1 tbsp pomegranate juice
powder sugar to taste
Recipe : De seed the pomegranate.
Wash the grapes.
Peel and cut all other fruits into small pieces.
Add pomegranate juice and sugar to taste to whipped curd and mix well.
It will give a light pink color to raita.
Add add the fruits and mix well. Yummy Fruit raita is ready.
Serve chilled in hot weather and normal in cold weather.
