Paneer Pakora is a popular tea time snack. Cottage cheese is used in various popular Indian dishes. Cottage cheese is a good source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and protein. I have also used maize flour along with chickpea flour to give the outer layer crispy taste. Maize flour is also good source of antioxidants and many vitamins and minerals. I have also used spring onions to enhance the taste which are excellent source of vitamin K, C and A.
