Radish Paratha is a healthy breakfast of Winters. Simple and tasty recipe. Just need to take Radish sweet in taste, otherwise it will spoil the taste of Paratha.
2 cup wheat flour
1 cup radish grated
1 tea spoon green chilly ginger paste
1 tea spoon fennel seeds
1/2 tea spoon red chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tea spoon refined oil
cow ghee for shallow fry ( as per requirement )
Recipe : Squeeze the water of radish .
Now mix wheat flour, radish, all the spices, salt to taste, 2 tea spoon refined oil, chilly paste and knead o soft dough with the help of water.
Keep it for 15 minutes. knead it once again.
Now make medium balls of the dough and roll them with the help of rolling pin in round parantha.
Heat non-stick tava.
Now shallow fry all the parantha from both the sides, with ghee, till they become golden in color.
Serve hot with any green vegetable and pickle.
