Fruit Custard is all time favorite Dessert of all age groups. A very tasty, and healthy fruit custard recipe. Perfect dessert to serve. You can add any fruits of your choice and can also add some dry fruits or cranberries to make it more yummy. A mouth watering recipe. So let us start.
½ liter gold milk
2 heaped tea spoon vanilla custard
1 heaped tbsp. sugar (or as per taste)
1 cup green grapes
1 cup black grapes
½ cup banana cut into pieces
½ cup chikoo cut into pieces
¾ cup apple cut into pieces
Mix 2 heaped tea spoon custard in 3 tea spoon milk. Heat, rest of the Milk. When it comes to boil, add sugar, mix well, add custard dissolved in milk slowly stirring to avoid lumps, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring and turn off the gas.
Let it cool completely. Blend it in a blender to dissolve the lumps and get consistency.
Now add all the fruits, garnish with cherries, refrigerate for an hour.
Very tasty Fruit Custard is ready to serve.
