      Atta Mathri with Fenugreek

This mathri is made from wheat flour and fenugreek leaves, so good for stomach. It is also crispy, flaky and tasty.

Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup fenugreek leaves ( cleaned and chopped)
½ tea spoon sesame seeds
¼ tea spoon turmeric powder
½ tea spoon black pepper powder ( coarsely grind ed )
1 tbsp cow ghee
Salt to taste
Refined oil for deep fry
Recipe : Mix all the ingredients, except refined oil, and knead a  hard dough with the help of water. 
Keep it for ½ hour. Knead it once again. 
Make small balls of  it and roll into small mathri, make some cuts with the help of knife. 
Prepare all the mathri in same way. 
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry all the mathri on low flame till golden brown in color. 
Let them cool and keep them in an air tight container. 
Healthy and tasty tea time snack is ready.
