Golegappe recipe ( mix fruit )
Gole Gappe recipe is is made from various fruits, so it is healthy and very yummy.The street gole Gappe are not hygienic, so prepare this Gole gappe recipe at home. A healthy way to push some nutrition into kids.
½ liter water
1 cup green grapes
1 cup black grapes
1 cup pomegranate DE-seed
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
¼ tea spoon dry mint powder
3-4 green chilly
½ inch ginger
½ tea spoon black rock salt
Salt to taste
1 cup green coriander leaves
¼ tea spoon dry mango powder
20 empty golegappe
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup black chickpea ( soaked overnight and boiled)
1 big onion chopped
1 tbsp green chutney
Boil the water and let it cool.
Grind green coriander leaves, ginger and green chilly to a fine paste and add it to the water.
Blend all the fruits in a blender and add to the water.
Keep it for an hour.
Now strain the water with the help of a strainer and remove the pulp of fruits.
Add, rock salt, salt to taste, cumin powder, mint powder and dry mango powder to the water and mix well.
Golegappe water is ready.
Mash the potatoes and mix green chutney in it.
Now make holes in the golegappe , fill the potatoes, black chickpea and chopped onions, add the water and enjoy the frooti taste of golegappe.
Fruits give the water a natural taste and is good for health also.
