Sugar free Almond Milk is a very healthy and nutritious recipe for winters, which help keep your body warm, because, I have used dry fruits, saffron and dates. No sugar added. Dates are naturally sweet. Try it out, you will love it.

Ingredients :

250 ml gold milk
5 almonds ( soaked in water overnight )
5 cashew nuts ( soaked in water overnight )
2 dates soaked in warm water
Pistachio ½ tea spoon
2-3 threads saffron ( soaked in 1 tea spoon  warm water for ½ hour )
Sugar free almond milk
Recipe : Soak Almonds,dates and cashew nuts overnight. 
Make a fine paste of cashew nuts,dates and almonds in a blender. 
Boil the milk for 10 minutes. 
Add the dry fruits paste and cook for 2 minutes. 
Blend the milk in a blender for 2 minutes, add saffron threads, garnish with pistachio and serve hot. 
Perfect drink for winters, which keeps your body warm.
