Strawberry Shake is favorite of all. Strawberries are one of the most loved types of fruit. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, manganese, folate (B9) and potassium, and contain small amounts of several other vitamins and minerals.This food is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium.Today, sharing simple recipe of strawberry shake.
½ liter gold milk
5-6 big ripe strawberries
2 small cup strawberry ice-cream
Sugar to taste
Boil the milk for 2 minutes.
Let it cool completely and refrigerate for an hour.
Now add the milk, sugar to taste and cleaned and cut strawberry to a blender and blend it to a smooth shake.
Strain the shake with the help of a strainer, to remove the seeds. Fill the shake in glasses.
Garnish with strawberry ice-cream and strawberries and serve chilled
