Badam burfi is an innovative recipe of sweet. I have used Strawberry, almonds and milk to make this burfi. The taste of almonds with flavor of strawberry is amazing. Strawberries also contain iron, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, vitamin K and vitamin E. They are also good source of vitamin C. Almonds are Protein and fiber rich. So it is healthy sweet.

Ingredients :
1 cup  almonds ( soaked in water overnight )
¾ cup strawberry
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
Cashew nuts for garnish ( as per requirement )
2 tbsp cow ghee

Recipe : Peel the  almond, add ½ cup milk and grind it to a smooth paste. 
Wash and cut the strawberries and add ½ cup milk and make a smooth paste in blender. 
Strain with the help of a strainer and keep aside. 
Now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add almond paste and strawberry paste and cook stirring for 5 minutes, add cream and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame continuously stirring. 
Add sugar and cook again till the mixture leaves the edges of the pan and becomes tight.
Spread it  evenly in a greased plate. 
You can apply ghee on the back of a flat bowl and press with it to spread the mixture evenly. Let it cool. 
Cut pieces, garnish with cashew nuts and serve. 
You can refrigerate it also.
Healthy and tasty strawberry almond burfi is ready.
