Instant green chili  achar is a low oil formula green chilly pickle. Easy and quick to prepare and yummy in taste. Try it, you will love it.

Ingredients :

250 gm fresh  green chilly
50 gm yellow mustard slit
2 tea spoon fennel seeds powder
1 tea spoon fennel seeds
 Rock salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2  tea spoon mustard oil

Recipe :

Wash the chilies and pat dry. 
Cut them from one side horizontally. 
Now mix all the ingredients except lemon. 
Fill this mixture in all the chilies. 
Fill it in a clean and dry glass jar.
Cover it with a thin cloth. Keep it in sunlight for 1-2 days. 
Add lemon juice and mix well. Keep it in sunlight for 2 days. Pickle is ready. Use with a week.
Can be kept in refrigerator.
Note : Shake the jar for 2-3 times a day, while preparing the pickle. For mixing the pickle, use a clean, dry and non-toxic spoon.
