Matar Paneer Paratha is also an innovative recipe. Cottage cheese is rich in Protein, vitamins and carbohydrates and matar are good source of  Iron, zinc, copper and manganese. When we use only paneer, it do not taste much good. So I have used matar and spring onions also. Taste with health. Looks beautiful from inside and yummy too.

Ingredients :
1 cup cottage cheese ( grated)
½ cup green peas
½ cup spring onions
2 green chilly
1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder
Some green coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp refined oil
2 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon refined oil
Cow ghee for frying ( as per requirement)
Recipe : Add  1 tea spoon refined oil and salt to the wheat flour and knead a soft dough and keep aside. 
Chop the green peas in a chopper, the chop the spring onions and green chilly. 
Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped spring onions, sauté for 2 minutes, add chopped green peas, black pepper powder and salt to taste and sauté for 2 more minutes and turn off the gas. 
Let it cool. Now add the grated cottage cheese and green coriander leaves, our filling is ready. 
Now make small balls of the dough and roll them with a rolling pin, apply some ghee and filling, cover it and roll it again with light hands. 
Shallow fry from both the sides with ghee till golden in color. 
Tasty and Healthy Matar Paneer Paratha are ready. Serve hot with chutney, raita or tomato ketchup.
