Sev ki Sabzi
Sev ki sabzi is an easy and tasty vegetable for dinner. Prepared from sev and curd. Best dinner recipe for summer, when you don t feel like eating anything, this vegetable will work as an appetizer.
1 cup thick sev
1/4 cup green peas
1 medium onion cut into small pieces
1 green chilly chopped
1 cup curd whipped
1/2 tea spoon red chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon coriander cumin powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
green coriander leaves for garnish
Recipe : Heat oil in a pan. Mix all the spices in 1/2 cup water. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, onions and green chilly. Saute till they become pink, add the spices mixture and cook stirring till the mixture leaves oil.
Add green peas and cook till they become soft.
Add sev, mix well, add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
Let it cool for 2-3 minutes and add the whipped curd, garnish with green coriander leaves and serve immediately.
Note : If you don t consume it immediately, don t add salt, add it when you consume it.
