Basket chaat in my style, used black chickpea, potatoes,onions, red chutney, green chutney, tamarind chutney and basket made of all purpose flour ( maida). Very yummy and simple recipe of chaat.
Ingredients for filling :
Keep it aside for ½ hour. Knead it again.
Make small balls of it and roll them, take a medium size steel bowl and cove it with the rolled dough from outside.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry it along with bowl on a low flame carefully, hold the basket with a holder and remove the dough basket from steel basket carefully with the help of a chimta.
Deep fry it till golden in color.
Prepare all the basket in same way.
Now take a bowl, add potatoes, black chickpea, onions, green chutney, red chutney, rock salt, cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Fill them in the basket, add tamarind chutney, sprinkle chaat masala, garnish with nylon sev and green coriander leaves and serve immediately.
