Egg less tutti frutti cake without oven
Egg less tutti frutti cake without oven is my new recipe. I am vegetarian, I love cake, I do not have Oven , so , I tried to prepare egg less cake without oven, following many recipes, but it did not come out good. Sometimes, the taste of baking soda spoiled the taste, sometimes the use of pressure cooker spoiled the cake by burning it. So I decided to innovate my own recipe to a tasty, egg less cake without Oven. Finally, I succeeded in doing so, I am so happy, it was so yummy, just like Britannia cake. This recipe will take some more time than a pressure cooker, but the result will cheer you. I have not used, baking soda, salt in this recipe. Even I have not used butter or ghee, I have used oil instead. Just give a try.
Mix oil and sugar in a bowl and whisk it till fluffy.
Take all purpose flour, baking powder, in a sieve and add it to the oil mixture.
Add tutti frutti ,mix vanilla custard in 2 tea spoon milk and add it to the mixture. Add some warm milk if the batter seems hard.
Take idly cooker, spread salt at the bottom of cooker, place cooker sieve on it and heat it on high flame for 10 minutes.
Grease a cake mold. Pour the cake batter in the mold and place it in the idly cooker on the sieve. Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 30 minutes.
Add gems and then cook on and medium flame for 15 minutes. Insert a tooth pick to check, if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.
Let it cool. Put the mold upside down in a plat gently and the cake is ready.
Keep it in refrigerator, can be used for 4-5 days.
