Grapes chutney is a unique recipe of chutney, great appetizer, tangy taste, good for digestion. All age groups favorite.
2 cup green Grapes
3 tea spoon sugar
5 black pepper
1 green cardamom
1/4 tea spoon roasted cumin
1/4 tea spoon cumin
pinch of salt
2 pinch of black rock salt.
pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp refined oil
Take clove, black pepper, roasted cumin and cardamom in a grinder and grind them to a coarse paste.
Remove the stems of Grapes and wash them properly.
Blend them to a smooth paste in a blender.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, minutes. add the grapes paste and cook on medium flame stirring continuously for 7-8minutes.
Add all the spices, salt and mix well, add sugar and cook till the chutney leaves the edges of the pan.
Tasty and tangy chutney is ready. Let it cool.
Serve with puri, parantha or chapati.
Can be kept in fridge and used for 5-6 days.
