Egg less chocolate cake
Sieve all the dry ingredients all purpose flour, coco powder, baking powder and sugar for 3-4 times, so they get mixed well. Take 1 cup hot water and ¾ cup oil in a bowl and whisk it till light and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence, mix, add 2 tbsp curd and whisk again, you can use a blender, because the cake will rise well if we blend the batter well.
Add the dry ingredients mixture to it slowly and whisk.
If you find the batter thick, you can add some milk.
Once the batter becomes smooth and fluffy, it is ready to bake. Take idly cooker, spread 1 cup salt at the bottom of cooker. Place the sieve of cooker and heat it on high flame for 10 minutes.
Grease the cake mold, pour the batter and place it on the sieve and cover the lid.
Slow down the flame and cook it on low flame for 40 minutes. Insert a tooth pick to check, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let it cool and De mold the cake.
Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour. Egg less soft moist yummy cake is ready at home that too without oven.
